Parish Administrator (including Pre School)
Hours: 20 hours per week - Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm
To be split between Parish Administrator role (17 hours per week term time/20 hours otherwise) and Pre School Support (3 hours per week term time only).

The Parish Administrator will be responsible for supporting clergy serving the parish; proactively running the Church office by being the first point of contact. In addition the role includes offering administrative support for the Church Pre School to include invoicing and managing student numbers on local authority systems, requiring a high level of efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.
We require a highly organised, self-motivated office administrator, with experience of managing an office; handling face-to-face enquiries, telephone queries and email correspondence to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to think strategically and be a good problem solver. They will be competent in word processing and data-processing, proficient in IT systems including Office, and able to work with new software including a Church Management System.
Working in a faith-based environment, this varied role requires someone with a flexible approach, who can prioritise their workload and handle confidential information. The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check.
Interviews will be held in Quinton in mid June.
