It is normal to feel nervous about coming to church for the first time. However, there is no need to be, as some of our recent newcomers can testify:
Dave “From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcome. It felt like long lost family”
Elaine “Everybody was so friendly and welcoming the first time, I decided to come a second time!”
Andrew and Julia “Having been non-church goers for many years we were surprised by the friendliness that made us feel at ease. There is a lot going on, and although you are invited you are never pressured into anything”
Three or four times a year we have a welcome tea for newcomers so we can get to know each other and so you can learn more about the church.
We look forward to welcoming you soon!
